Chasing the Thin Man
with Berry Fowler
I created this blog for three reasons. One, I need to make some drastic changes to improve my health and this will help me remain motivated and accountable. Two, I hope to receive encouragement from my friends (even those who may be a bit dubious about my chances of success). And three, by documenting my path to living a healthier life I believe I will end up with the basis of a new coaching program that will be valuable to others who find themselves wanting to improve their health as well.
I named my blog Chasing the Thin Man because that’s what I feel like I am doing. Running (okay, in my case – walking) after the elusive thin man that lives somewhere in this triple sized, baby boomer body of mine.
Over the coming months, I plan to share my thoughts, experiences, frustrations and successes. So, I hope you will join me and add your thoughts and comments too.
